All the president's conversations with the vice president about the January 6th process are probably protected because the president and the vice president are supposed to be two peas in a pod, except maybe not because the vice president is also acting in the legislative capacity and so, etc. So, the court walks through all that stuff, gives a roadmap to why it might be covered.
